 Ministry & Leadership“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119.105 NKJV Our Ministry and Leadership Program is designed to give you a better grasp on the Bible and what it says about personal character, worship and leadership. We’ll help you grow deeper in your relationship with God, and you’ll be able to better understand and communicate what worship is to others. You’ll get solid biblical teaching on teamwork, communication, conflict resolution and many other skills that are essential in ministry. You’ll apply these emerging skills by plugging into ministry NOW under the guidance of our faculty and staff. Our vision is to help each of our students develop into mature Christian leaders, and we believe that can only occur when the guiding principles of an individual’s life are based on God’s word. Adapted from proven Bible College curriculum, our theology courses are designed to systematically teach the core principles of the Christian faith, an overview of the entire Bible, and the study of worship. Our leadership courses focus on problem solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, ministry administration, music business, and many other practical areas specific to musicians and worship leaders.
